Do you have to have a checking account to refer friends and family?
No, a checking account is encouraged but not required to begin referring. Membership is required.
How will the incentive be received?
Incentives will be distributed via the electronic gift card of your choosing sent to the email address provided when signing up to join the referral program. 
When will the incentive be received?
Incentives will be distributed to both parties once all required criteria is met, (checking account opened, mobile app downloaded and logged in to and account opened for 30 days.)

*The following describes the terms of service which apply to participation in the referral or product opening promotional programs currently offered by Copper State Credit Union. If you wish to participate in any Referral Program, you agree to the terms for such Referral Program described below.

The Referral Program is open to all current members who meet the criteria below and who wish to refer someone to open a Cashback Checking account. A referrer must be a Copper State Credit Union member in good standing. Eligible Recipients do not include any individuals that already have a Checking and Savings account or any other Copper State Credit Union accounts. Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Copper State Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify anyone from participation in the Referral Program at any time. Anyone who violates these terms and conditions is ineligible for payment of any bonus.

To receive credit for a referral made under the Referral Program, the referrer must access their own unique referral link and send it to the eligible recipient(s), whom they wish to refer to open a new Cashback Checking account. Referral recipient must download and log in to the Mobile App and the checking account must remain opened and in good standing for 30 days before $50.00 payment will be deposited to referrer or referee. Only one Referral Bonus and one Referee Bonus will be awarded, regardless of whether the recipient opens and funds multiple accounts.

To protect the privacy of those you refer, referral prospect account information or eligibility is not, under any circumstances, permitted to be shared with referral promoters. Copper State Credit Union reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify anyone from participation in the Copper State Credit Union Referral Program at any time, and reserves the right to not honor any referral which in our sole discretion was solicited in a manner inconsistent with the spirit or terms and conditions of the Copper State Credit Union Referral Program.
