How long will it take to receive my debit card?
- Once a new debt card has been ordered, expect your new card to arrive within 7-10 business days. Be sure to select a brand new personalized PIN to help keep your debit card safe.

What do I do if I discover fraud on my debit card?

If you suspect fraudulent activity, please call 623.580.6000 during business hours and select Card Services. Regular business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday - Thursday and 9 AM to 6 PM on Friday.

- We are proud to offer a sleek metallic copper design for our debit cards. No other designs are available.

Can I use my debit card outside of the US?
- Yes, you can use your Copper State CU debit card outside of the US. There is a 1.50% on all transactions occurring in foreign countries and/or foreign currencies. You can find this information at the bottom of our About Us page under Important Account Disclosure.

How can I reset my PIN?
- Please call us at 623.580.6000 and choose option 4 for Card Services during regular business hours to reset your PIN. Select option 2 if you are calling after business hours. Regular business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday - Thursday and 9 AM to 6 PM on Friday.

Can I change my PIN if I forget it?
- Yes. Please call us at 623.580.6000 and select Card Services to change your PIN.

What types of transactions earn cash back?
- Purchases made with your Copper State CU debit card that qualify for cash back are transactions where you provide a signature or choose "credit" instead of "debit." Qualifying transaction may also include internet purchases, phone or mail order purchases, bill payments, or small dollar purchases for which you are not required to sign. How do I run my debit card as credit?
- To run your debit card as credit, select the credit option on the payment terminal at checkout. This means you'll be asked to sign for the transaction instead of entering your PIN.
